LBO Leasing Business Optimization
Fleet
Business automobile fleet management across Europe
LBO Fleet supports Luxembourg companies and their cross-border subsidiaries in managing their automobile fleet. From a few vehicles to several dozen: we coordinate leasing contracts with multiple providers, follow up on maintenance, manage incidents, and produce monthly pilot dashboards. In synergy with LBO Marketing for the dashboards and LBO Automobile for individual registrations.
Why LBO Fleet
-
01
Cross-border posture
A Luxembourg-based fleet often crosses borders daily (frontier workers, BE/FR/DE missions). We manage tax, insurance, and toll implications of this reality.
-
02
Provider-independent
We are not committed to a single leaser. We compare offers from several Luxembourg and European players, which preserves our clients' interest.
-
03
Synthetic monthly dashboards
A clear dashboard each month: km traveled, maintenance costs, contract expirations, accidents. No fragmented Excel.
What we do
-
Lease contract negotiation
Comparison of long-term leasing offers from several Luxembourg and European providers. Negotiation of terms (kilometres, mileage, return conditions).
-
Maintenance follow-up
Tracking of scheduled maintenance, coordination with garages, validation of invoices. We avoid drift and forgotten interventions.
-
Incident management
Centralised handling of accidents, insurance claims, breakdowns. Single point of contact for the company, simplified procedures for drivers.
-
Pilot dashboards
Monthly synthesis: costs per vehicle, costs per driver, kilometres traveled, upcoming expirations. Useful for management arbitration.
-
Renewal arbitration
When contracts come to an end (typically 3 to 4 years), we re-arbitrate between renewing the lease, buying back, or replacing.
Who it's for
What we do not do
- No direct leasing in-house (we coordinate with established Luxembourg and European leasers)
- No repair workshop on premises (referral to recognised Luxembourg and frontier garages)
- No direct insurance underwriting (we coordinate with the company's chosen broker)
Frequently asked questions
Les interrogations qui reviennent souvent sur LBO Fleet. Si la vôtre n'est pas listée, écrivez-nous.
From how many vehicles is your service relevant?
Concretely useful from 5 vehicles, structuring from 10. Below, the management overhead is generally lower than our intervention cost. Beyond, the productivity gain on contract management, maintenance, and dashboards justifies the structuring.
How do you handle frontier workers?
Frontier workers (Belgium, France, Germany) generate specific tax and insurance complexities: registration in the country of residence or country of work, applicable VAT, kilometres declared. We integrate these realities into the dashboards and contract recommendations.
Do you only work with Luxembourg leasers?
No. The Luxembourg market is small; we open the comparison to Belgian, French, and German leasers when their offer is more competitive or better suited to the cross-border profile. The client chooses based on the comparison we present.
What is your billing model?
Monthly subscription per managed vehicle (decreasing with volume), plus a setup fee at the beginning. We do not bill on commissions from leasers, which preserves our independence in the comparisons we present.
Do you support the transition to electric?
Yes. The transition to electric (or hybrid) is an active subject for many Luxembourg fleets. We integrate the implications: charging infrastructure, range constraints, taxation of company vehicles (specific to Luxembourg since 2022), insurance, residual values. No ideology: arbitration on the basis of figures.
What about geolocation and fleet tracking?
We do not provide geolocation hardware/software ourselves but we coordinate with specialised providers when this need is identified. Subject to the regulations applicable to employees (GDPR, social agreements).
