What is outsourced fleet management?
It is a service where we take charge of the administration, logistics and operational follow-up of your company's vehicles or your automotive estate: registration documents, insurance, technical inspections, maintenance, geolocation, planning. You keep ownership and use; we handle the day-to-day.
From how many vehicles is your service relevant?
Our service adapts to every fleet size. For businesses with several company cars, it pays off from 3-4 vehicles through pooled administration. For private collectors or families with a structured automotive estate, the value lies in traceability, valuation and transmission, regardless of the number.
Are you a conventional long-term-leasing (LLD) operator?
No. We are not a B2C financial leasing operator. Our business is the outsourced management of vehicles you own or hold under contract. If you are looking for long-term leasing, we refer you to the market's specialised players. If you want to outsource the management of an existing fleet (owned, leased or mixed), that is our core business.
Do you offer real-time vehicle tracking?
Yes, via a real-time dashboard developed in partnership with the LBO Development division. Costs, mileage, consumption, fleet condition, usage planning, geolocation: the indicators suit professional steering as well as the management of a collector automotive estate.
Can you manage a collection of classic or prestige cars?
Yes — it is even one of our specialities. We support the legal structuring of ownership (in synergy with LBO Société civile), dedicated insurance (collection, occasional-use, appraisal), valuation and estate transmission. The treatment differs from a conventional company fleet.
How is vehicle financing handled?
We are not a direct financing player. If you need to finance the acquisition of a vehicle or a fleet, we refer you to our partner banks (lease-purchase, long-term leasing, conventional loan). Our role begins with management after acquisition, or as arbitration before purchase.
